We are looking for a seasoned iOS developer responsible for the development new features and maintenance of the Pod app aimed at a range of iOS devices. Your primary focus will be development of new features and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Help maintain code quality, organisation and documentation.

Skills

Proficient with Objective-C and Swift.

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code

Social Media Marketing Intern

Job description
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the team in implementing Pod’s overall communications and marketing plan — focusing specifically on digital communications — to build awareness about Pod across the country.

Responsibilities
Work with the team to refine social media strategy and best practices.
Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
Draft monthly e-newsletters to Pod subscribers.
Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
Ensure proper messaging is being executed online.
Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities.
Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed.

Skills
Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.
